First options: stakeholders to shareholders

The business model of DT Telemedicor Ltd is human-intensive. It is based on human skills, talents, initiative, entrepreneurship, enthusiasm, devotion to common goals and common success. It allows the release of the inexhaustible human potential and rewards generously every successful effort.

But DT Telemedicor Ltd doesn't stop here. We further believe that each and every one of the groups and individuals who are our stakeholders and demonstrate a clear interest in achieving the goals of the company and the Telemedicor System should be rewarded even more lavishly for their contribution. We consider as our stakeholders all our internal and external customers (i.e. employees, partners / distributors, customers or suppliers) that contribute to the overall success in a positive manner and through their actions they add value to the Telemedicor System.

So, by a decision already taken by the company's Board of Directors, first options will be awarded to groups and people who are our stakeholders, in order that they also become shareholders with serious equity options, something that is in perfect accord with our mission and vision.
